The toughest questions for a caterer to answer on first contact are what and how much?

The sample menus are designed to give an approximate answer to those questions before any customization takes place.

The list of meals is to give you an idea of a complete meal with any given entree to aid in both the design and ordering of the menu for your particular event. In general portioning will be slightly less on a luncheon menu as will the pricing, but, whatever items or meals you see on any of the pages are available for any occasion.
